Covid-19 Policy Updates

As we move forward into the next phase, Owners with their pets may be allowed in the clinic on a case-by-case basis only - to be determined by Dr. Cliver - Please understand our waiting room is small and does not allow for adequate socoal distancing,  we ask that you always wear a mask in the clinic and also when working with a staff member from your car.  Please practice social distancing to keep all of us safe.

If you need medications for your pet, please phone in ahead of time to arrange for what you need.  When you arrive, call (540 347-6611)  and someone will bring the supplies to you in your vehicle.    You can pay over the phone ahead of time or when you arrive.  

You are welcome to continue our “curbside service” by having one of us bring your pet into the clinic for the procedures needed. If there are questions or areas that need discussion, Dr. Cliver will call you in your car, so please make sure we have your correct cell phone number.  And, to help things go smoothly, please do not leave the parking lot unless it is determined that your pet needs to stay for an agreed upon amount of time.  

You now may come into the clinic with your pet if you choose to do so. Please let us know if this is your choice.  If there are several clients in the waiting area, you may be asked to stay in your car until we call you.  Or you may be asked to wait in the clinic apart from the waiting room, which is too small to accommodate more than several clients at a time.

As you know, this is all new to everyone.  We will run into glitches.  Please be patient.  And making sure we have your current cell phone number, so we can call you when necessary, and that we know what car you are in will really help us.
